By downloading or using Framit you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Licence
You may install and use Framit on Macs you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, rent out or sublicense the app, and you may not decompile or reverse engineer it except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
Free to use
Framit is free to download and use. There is no licence to buy, no subscription and no in-app purchase, and the app contains no payment code of any kind.
No warranty
Framit is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will fit any particular purpose.
Your content
Whatever you capture is yours. Framit stores it locally and never transmits it, so we neither hold it nor claim any right to it. Making sure your captures do not contain something you are not allowed to capture is up to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost data or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
